Answer: Oil all rollers and moving parts four times a year.

Do I put grease in the track?
Answer: Leave tracks dry and clean so rollers can roll, not slide.

Why won't my door come down when I press my remote control?
Answer: Make sure lock switch is not activated or photo-eyes are not being blocked or out of alignment.

Answer: Battery in remote control might have to be changed.

How do I erase the memory on my opener?
Answer: Locate the smart button on back of opener (color coded). Hold button in until L.E.D. light shuts off.

How do I reprogram my remote control?
Answer: Locate the smart button on back of opener (color coded). Have remote control next to unit and press. While L.E.D. light is flashing press the smart button and wait for double-click and repeat with next remote.

How do I program my remote built into car's visor?
Answer: Each car has its own method of programming. May need to go to car's manual or garage door opener's website for instructions.
